Training Activity:
Long Ride and Run: Faster-paced aerobic ride to CR-12, and return, via Thomasville Road and Deerlake Rd. Ride is approximately 30 miles. Transitioning upto a 60 minute run on Deerlake Rd and returning to Munoz home.

Workout: TOUGH, Hilly Time Trial. Ride from landing to CR12 and Thomasville Rd. We will then complete a 12M Time Trial on CR12 - so to Meridian Rd and return. Then a nice hilly cool down back to Iammonia Landing Rd (approximately 19 miles).

Location: New York City, NY - Sunday July 18, 2010.
Race Distance: 1.5K Swim; 40K Bike; 10K Run.

Each year over 3000 athletes brave the waters of the mighty Hudson River before biking along Manhattan's West Side highway. Finally, athletes put on their running shoes for a run through New York's famed Central Park
* Augusta Ironman 70.3 2010
Location: Augusta, GA - Sunday September 26, 2010.
Race Distance: 1.2 Mile Swim; 56 Mile Bike; 13.1 Mile Run.
Race Information: www.ironmanaugusta.comIronman 70.3 Augusta will offer athletes the unique opportunity to race in two states, as the cycling portion of this event will take athletes into the great state of South Carolina. This is a great event for a 70.3 PR!
